How can I change the PHP Version or enable extensions (Select PHP Version)?
You can easily manage your PHP environment using the Select PHP Version tool in cPanel:
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Under the “Software” section, click “Select PHP Version”.
- From the dropdown menu, choose your desired PHP version and click “Set as current”.
- To enable extensions, check the boxes next to the extensions (e.g., `intl`, `soap`, etc.) you wish to activate.
How can I change my cPanel or Email account password?
To change the cPanel password:
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Click the “Password & Security” icon (usually at the top).
- Enter your old password, then the new password twice, and click “Change your password”.
To change an Email account password:
- Log in to cPanel, go to “Email Accounts”.
- Next to the email account you want to modify, click “Manage” or “Change Password”.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click “Update Email Settings”.
How can I set up Email Forwarders and use the Spam Filter?
Email Forwarders:
- Log in to cPanel and go to the “Forwarders” section.
- Click “Add Forwarder”.
- Enter the email address you want to forward from and the destination address you want to forward to. Click “Add Forwarder”.
Spam Filter (Apache SpamAssassin):
- In cPanel, click the “Spam Filters” icon.
- Ensure the Spam Filter is enabled (“Process New Mail and Mark it as Spam”).
- You can adjust the “Spam Score Threshold” (a lower number means stricter filtering) and manage whitelists/blacklists here.
How do I create a MySQL Database and a Database User?
You can use the MySQL Database Wizard in cPanel for the simplest setup:
- Log in to cPanel, and click “MySQL Database Wizard”.
- Step 1: Enter a name for your new database and click “Next Step”.
- Step 2: Create a user (username and strong password) and click “Create User”.
- Step 3: On the “Manage User Privileges” screen, select “ALL PRIVILEGES” (for most applications) and click “Next Step”.
- The database and user are now created and linked.
How do I scan for and delete viruses/malware using Immunify360?
Immunify360 (available in cPanel) provides powerful security management:
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Find and click on the “Immunify360” icon.
- Go to the “Malware Scanner” tab.
- Review the results of scans. If malware is found, it is automatically quarantined. You can then select the infected files and choose to “Delete” or “Restore” (if it’s a false positive).

How can I recover (restore) files, databases, or emails using JetBackup?
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Go to the JetBackup section (e.g., “JetBackup 5”).
- Select the type of backup you need (e.g., “Files,” “Databases,” or “Email Accounts”).
- Choose the backup point (date) you wish to restore from.
- Select the specific files/database/email you want and click the “Restore” button. The restoration process will be queued.
Can I download my backups (files, databases) using JetBackup?
Yes. JetBackup allows you to generate a downloadable version of your file backups and databases.
- In cPanel, navigate to the JetBackup section.
- Select “Files” or “Databases”.
- Choose the backup point and select the items. Instead of “Restore,” click the “Generate Download” button.
- Once the file is prepared (usually a .zip file), you can download it directly to your local computer.

How can I register a domain?
You can check domain availability and register it instantly using the domain search tool on our website.
Can I transfer my existing domain to efuzone?
Yes, you can transfer your existing domain to us. To initiate the process, you will need the Epp Code or Authorization Code from your current registrar.

What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and popular local payment methods in Pakistan, such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast.
What is your Money Back Guarantee policy?
We offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee on our shared hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Please note that domain registration fees are non-refundable.
