This policy explains how efuzone collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information gathered from our customers and website visitors (“Users”).

• We do not offer for sale, share, or lease any information given to us, except as clearly explained in this policy.
• This policy applies to everyone: prospective, current, and former customers.
• The terms of this policy are in addition to our Terms of Service (TOS) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We offer services provided by third parties. These may collect and use information differently than stated here. efuzone is not responsible for how these third parties use your data. We advise you to check their respective privacy policies.

efuzone gathers personal identifying information (“Personal Information” or PII) in three primary ways:

• Website Activity (Web Server Logs)

When you visit our site, we collect basic data to manage the site and analyze its usage (like traffic analytics). This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the date/time of your visit.

• Cookies (Small Text Files)

We use cookies to save your preferences and login information, providing personalized features. You can reject cookies by changing your browser settings, but be aware this may disable some functionality.

• Directly From You (Personal Information)

Purchasing Services: We request financial information strictly to bill you for the services.
Other Inquiries: We ask for your name, address, email, or phone number to contact you about efuzone services.

Customer Communication and Internal Access

• We notify you about changes to your account or service terms, and inform you about other valuable services or special offers.
• Our employees and agents may access your Personal Information, but only for essential service administration and support.

Compliance with Law and Law Enforcement

We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials. We will disclose information about Users when we believe it necessary or appropriate to respond to valid legal requests (like subpoenas), protect our property and rights, or ensure public safety.

Opt-out (Unsubscribe)

If you do not want to receive promotional materials or surveys, you may opt out by:

• Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in surveys, OR
• Sending a message with the subject “I do not wish to receive special communication from efuzone” to [email protected].

Security Measures

efuzone uses technical security measures (including firewalls, complex passwords, anti-virus, and detection software) to protect your information.

• Financial Data: When you provide financial information, it is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology.
• Unsecured Communication Warning: Please do not send confidential information (like passwords or financial details) to us through standard email or online chat.

Access and Correction

To access or update the Personal Information we have collected, you may:

• Login to your Client Area and directly change your information, OR
• Contact our Accounting team via Submit Ticket for assistance.

International Data Transfer

By visiting our website and communicating with us, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data across international boundaries.

Children’s Privacy

In accordance with COPPA, efuzone does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

efuzone reserves the right to amend, alter, modify, replace, or suspend this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be effective when posted on the efuzone website.

This section applies specifically to the efuzone Host Manager mobile application (“the App”), operated by efuzone.

Purpose of the App

The App helps authorised users save and manage their own WHM servers and cPanel accounts. The App does not provide hosting access to unauthorised users. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to access every server or account they add.

Information Processed by the App

When a user adds a WHM server or cPanel account, the App may process:

• Server hostname or IP address and port number
• Account name, username, and selected server category
• WHM API token, where the user chooses to use one
• cPanel or WHM password, where the user chooses password authentication
• Optional private notes, favourites, theme preference, PIN-lock preference, and backup settings

How Information Is Used

The App uses the above information only to provide its core functionality, including displaying saved connections, testing a connection when requested by the user, and opening or managing the user’s selected WHM or cPanel service.

Connection credentials and tokens are sent directly to the WHM or cPanel server selected by the user when the user requests a connection. They are not sent to efuzone servers for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale.

Local Storage and Security

Sensitive connection credentials, API tokens, private notes, and the optional App PIN are stored locally on the user’s device using the device’s secure storage facilities. The App does not store these secrets in its ordinary account list.

The App may use the device’s biometric authentication capability, such as fingerprint or Face ID, only when the user enables it. Biometric templates remain managed by the device operating system; the App receives only the authentication result.

Encrypted Backups

If a user chooses to create a backup, the App creates an encrypted .efzbackup file protected by a password chosen by the user. The backup is saved only to the location selected by the user. efuzone does not receive, store, or have access to a user’s backup password or backup content.

Users should keep their backup password safe. A lost backup password cannot be recovered by efuzone.

Data Sharing

The App does not sell or rent user data. It does not include advertising, advertising identifiers, or analytics services intended to track users.

The App communicates with third-party hosting services only when the user adds and opens a connection to that service. Those hosting providers handle data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Retention and Deletion

Saved connection details remain on the user’s device until the user deletes the relevant account from the App, clears the App’s data, or uninstalls the App. Deleting a saved connection removes its locally stored credentials, token, and notes.

Encrypted backup files remain in the location selected by the user until the user deletes them. Users can delete such backup files using their device’s file manager.

Children’s Privacy

The App is a business and hosting-management tool and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
